Hi, first time using ROES.

What I'd like to do is print two (total) 20x30 poster specials, each image being different. How do I do it in ROES?

I can load my first image onto the preview canvas, no problem. Do I leave quantity at 1, meaning one of this particular image? Or is quantity supposed to be total number of prints for the entire order? Or total number of prints per image?

How do I then start setting up a second image/print within the same order once I'm done with the first image?

No matter if I set the quantity to 1 or 2, the review order button stays greyed out. Thus I can't seem to get further in the order submission process. Baffled. Any assistance would be immensely welcome. Thanks!!

Bigfan1, real easy. Okay, When you drop your image in the 20x30 template, and since you only want a qty of 1, click on the add to order button below, that will add it to the order. Then drag your 2nd image onto that same template, do no worry if your first image is still there, it will be replaced by the new one. Again, set the qty to what you want and then click the add to order button. At this point the review order button will no longer be grayed out. Fill out the necessary info on that review order screen and then click on the complete order button below. Follow the steps from there to finalize the order. Let me know if the above helps and if you should have any more questions.

Ahh, I think I see the problem.

There's no 'Add to order' button anywhere, surprisingly enough.

Hmm. Interesting. That's with Firefox + modern Java on Linux. Guess I'll use the Mac (where 'Add to order' shows up just fine) to submit the order. Thanks; makes perfect sense now!

Well, just got the 20x30 prints a few minutes ago. Looks great!!

I did one on Lustre and one on metallic paper. I can distinctly see the difference between the two; they do have their charms. But got to agree that the metallic (glossy) paper sure does bring out saturated colors so much better.

Now got to decide on which before doing a second and larger order.

Thanks again for the assistance from earlier - much appreciated!
