| i have two 30x48 files that i have been trying to upload through frontweb.express and i have been getting some sort of error at the end of the upload. i made a new file for my images and put them on a 30x48 document in photoshop with the dpi at 254 and saved as a jpeg. what happens is that after 2 hours of uploading time for the two images it tells me that their were some problems uploading and it will tell me on the CHOOSE PREFERENCE page and it does not. it actually doesn't even show my pictures or anyway to advance to the next step. are my file/image to big (ex.10922x6920ppi 43x27in 254 ppi 216.2M) let me know cause it is for an assignment for class thanks

| Have you tried reopening the images in Photoshop to make sure they are not corrupt? As for your files being too big, no, no issues there, Frontweb is not particular, but when issues like yours arrive, there is something wrong with the files themselves. They are not CMYK are they? Make sure they are 8 bit per channel rgb files. Also, when saving as a jpeg, use baseline standard compression. |
